As a result, Titan-B1 saves space and boosts efficiency in vehicles where space is limited. The heating tube is made of stainless steel and uses aluminum die casting to die-cast the electric heating tube in the middle of the aluminum block, which gives it a longer service life than other heaters. It has been on the market for 9 years and has sold more than 2 million sets.

Engine Preheater Titan-P3
After the Titan-P5 went on sale, we found that a small percentage of customers installed it in an elevated position—higher than the engine. These heaters were more prone to failure. To solve this problem, our engineers redesigned the heater and called it the Titan-P3. The new design incorporated an aluminum block containing the electric heater tube, which is mounted on a base with two ceramic housing thermostats. If there is a lack of coolant inside the heater, when the temperature rises in this tube, the temperature is transmitted directly to the thermostat through this aluminum block and base; then the power is cut off by these thermostats.
The Titan-P3 engine block heater has been on the market since 2005 and is rated highly by customers. The Titan-P3 is suitable for use on trucks, tractors and boats as well as generator sets and other equipment. The device has sold more than 2 million units total since it was released.

Engine Block Heater Titan-P4
In 2005, we launched Titan-P3. Some customers said that it would be easier to install some models if the heater inlet and outlet were placed in a straight line. Based on the customer’s suggestion, our engineers designed the engine block heater Titan-P4 in 2006. Its internal structure is almost the same as Titan-P3, except that the inlet and outlet of the heater are in a straight line. Through this change, we have built more than 300,000 heaters that meet customer needs.

Engine Heater Titan-P5
After two years of the engine heater Titan-P6 being on sale, we received a lot of feedback from our customers. Many customers said that they would like the engine to warm up faster in cold weather and be able to start the engine faster. Although Titan-P6 relies on gravity cycle to heat up the engine, it also has a pump that increases its heating speed. However, if we were to add a water pump to Titan-P6, it would increase its size significantly, which would make it harder for some small vehicles to install the engine heater. Our engineers suggested redesigning the magnetic pump to fit inside Titan-P6’s structure and still have a smaller profile.
In 1998, Titan-P5, the first engine block heater with a built-in water pump in China and probably in the world, was introduced. Titan-P5 caused a sensation in the market and within two years of its launch sales exceeded 700,000 sets. Close to 6 million units of Titan-P5 have been sold from 1998 to the present day.
Advantages of the Vvkb Engine Heater Titan-P5:
- Easy to install
- Vibration resistant
- With one thermostats
- With built-in water pump
- Wide range of applications
- All accessories are replaceable
- Multiple power options available
- Durable copper heating tube

The Titan-P6 in line coolant heater is the first product we manufactured. It is a canister-type engine heater that doesn’t have an internal water pump, requiring gravity circulation to deliver hot coolant to the inside of the engine. It also has an internal check valve structure that prevents coolant from circulating inside the heater. Titan-P6 is well liked by users for its durability and quality. From 1996 to now, we’ve sold more than 2 million sets in total. We have spare parts available if anything breaks so you can replace it easily on your own.

Estimated manufacturing and shipping time
We work quickly. We understand that our customers’ needs are important, so we prioritize speed. Let’s take a look at the engine block heater manufacturing and shipping process in detail.
Step 1. Engine block heater raw material purchase (2-5 days)
The suppliers of raw materials are available in our supplier system. The processing of an order is simple: We will receive your order. The procurement staff will then install your needs and screen the raw material suppliers for you. They will select the raw materials that meet your demands.
After buying the raw materials, the factory goes through a process. First, workers sample them to ensure they are of good quality. Next, they test the raw materials. If and only if those tests go well, they send the raw materials on to another part of the factory.
Step 2. Production of semi-finished engine block heaters (10-15 days)
The raw materials will then follow to different production workshops. There are injection molding and aluminum die-casting workshops. Most products take from three to ten days to make—depending on the quantity ordered—but some are made to order and take longer.
Step 3. Test the semi-finished engine block heater (3-6 days)
When the production of semi-finished products is finished, the test shop will inspect them. The testers will check all the semi-finished products and perform aging tests. When testing is done, the heater goes to final assembly.
Step 4. Assembly stage of engine block heater (7-10 days)
The assembly shop will assemble 12 sets of heater samples before assembling the semi-finished products that meet the requirements. We’ll seal the 12 sets of samples for you, so if you have any questions about the heaters, we can test these samples and let you know if there are quality problems.
Step 5. Pre-factory inspection stage (5-7 days)
Once the heater production plant has finished assembling the heaters, they are sent to our test shop for final inspection. Our skilled technicians check each detail and feature to ensure they meet our high standards.
Step 6. Book shipping space (1-3 days)

The Basic Knowledge of Engine Block Heater
This section introduces you to engine block heaters. It covers all the basic knowledge you need to know about these devices. We suggest you read this section carefully so that you can have a clear understanding of engine block heaters.
What is an engine block heater
In the winter in high-latitude areas such as the northern United States, Canada and Scandinavia, car engines or ship engines can have difficulty starting because of the cold weather.
Moreover, a cold start can affect the life of the engine and increase wear and tear on the engine, thereby increasing pollution from car exhausts and increasing fuel consumption. Engine block heaters are most effective at solving this problem.
Engine block heaters are connected to your car’s cooling system and use an electrical heating element to warm up the coolant inside your engine so that it can reach temperatures high enough for it to start up even in freezing temperatures.
This greatly reduces wear on your engine during cold starts and reduces exhaust pollution from your car.
Types of engine block heaters
There are mainly three different types of engine block heaters on the market:
Embedded block heater:
Embedded block heaters are mounted directly on the engine block, which directly heats the engine coolant. They have a lower initial cost than other types of heaters, but maintenance can be difficult, and they do not have a thermostat or temperature control.
Tank type engine block heater:
The tank type engine block heaters are the most popular engine block heaters on the market.
They are connected in the engine cooling system and make the engine temperature rise by heating the coolant in the engine cooling system.
They have several advantages, including easy installation, easy replacement of all accessories, and a built-in water pump that assists in the flow of coolant. With a thermostat, these can precisely control the temperature of the coolant without making it unsafe.
However, they are relatively more expensive compared to embedded block heaters.
Contact engine heaters:
Contact engine heaters are direct contact with the engine and rely on heat transfer or magnetism to get the engine temperature up.
They are mainly magnetic heaters and silicone heating pads. Their advantage is that they are easy to install.
The disadvantages are: the price is close to tank engine block heaters, difficult to maintain, and relatively low power.
Why is an engine block heater a good business?
You can get involved in the lucrative and competitive engine block heater industry by purchasing a diesel engine block heater from online sources.
These products allow you to run your diesel engine smoothly during the cold winter months.
The demand for these products is high in many industries, including auto parts dealers, trucking companies and off-road vehicle manufacturers. With such a high demand, there are numerous opportunities for entrepreneurs to get involved with this growing business!
There are many reasons why engine block heaters are considered a good business.
- For one, they are an effective way to keep engines warm during cold weather conditions. This is especially beneficial for those who live in climates where the temperature routinely drops below freezing.
- Additionally, engine block heaters can also help extend the life of an engine by preventing the formation of engine ice.
- Finally, engine block heaters can also increase the efficiency of an engine by allowing it to reach its optimal operating temperature more quickly.
